01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to QueenDigit ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to queendigit.com and your purchase or use of our services. By submitting an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Specific written quotations, invoices, or project agreements may supplement these terms. If they expressly conflict, the specific written agreement governs that project to the extent of the conflict.
02 Our Services
QueenDigit provides embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, logo design, and related digital design services. Deliverables, pricing, required formats, specifications, and turnaround expectations are confirmed through the relevant order or quotation.
Work may require your cooperation, including providing a legible reference image, accurate sizing, color or stitch preferences, and your embroidery machine or file-format requirements.
03 Accounts & Customer Responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete contact and order information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Review all submitted specifications and respond promptly to clarification requests.
- Use the website and our services lawfully, without interfering with website security or other customers.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
04 Orders, Quotes & Acceptance
Submitting an inquiry or uploading artwork does not automatically constitute our acceptance of an order. A project is accepted when we confirm the scope and applicable charges or otherwise begin the agreed work. We may request additional information before processing.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Material changes to artwork complexity, size, stitch count, file requirements, or project scope may require a revised quote, which we will communicate before additional chargeable work proceeds.
05 Pricing, Billing & Payments
Prices and currency are those stated on the applicable order page, quote, or invoice. Any taxes, third-party fees, or additional charges will be identified where applicable. QueenDigit describes pay-as-you-go and account-funding options and accepts credit card and PayPal payments; availability of a particular payment method may vary.
Payments may be handled by third-party providers subject to their own conditions. You authorize charges for orders or account funding that you explicitly approve. Please contact us if you notice a billing discrepancy.
06 Turnaround Times & Delivery
Delivery estimates depend on design complexity, order volume, complete instructions, and other operational factors. Website turnaround figures are estimates, not unconditional delivery guarantees, unless a specific deadline is separately agreed in writing.
We generally deliver completed digital files through the agreed account, email, or other electronic method. Please check spam folders and ensure your contact information is correct. Delays caused by missing information, requested changes, or events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery.
07 Revisions & Quality Review
If a delivered file does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us with the order reference and a clear description of the issue. Where relevant, provide a photo, machine details, or a sew-out sample so we can assess it.
Corrections and revisions are reviewed against the original order scope. New artwork, different sizes, substantially altered specifications, or new design concepts may be treated as additional work with a separate charge. Any project-specific revision limits or timelines should be confirmed in the quote or order correspondence.
08 Cancellations, Refunds & Account Credits
Because services involve custom digital work, cancellation and refund eligibility can depend on whether production has started, work already completed, the reason for cancellation, and any specific terms agreed for the order.
Before placing an order, confirm the applicable cancellation, refund, and account-credit conditions with QueenDigit. This page does not establish an unconditional no-refund rule or a guaranteed refund period. Refund requests will be assessed according to the agreed transaction terms and applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
09 Customer Artwork, Rights & Permissions
You retain any rights you already hold in logos, images, text, and artwork you submit. You represent that you own or have permission to use the content and to authorize us to process it for your requested services.
You grant QueenDigit a limited, nonexclusive permission to access, reproduce, adapt, and process submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide, revise, and support the requested work. You must not submit content that infringes another party’s intellectual-property or other rights.
We may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, or outside our service scope.
10 Completed Files & Intellectual Property
Rights to a commissioned design or completed deliverable depend on the nature of the work and the terms agreed for that order. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, payment for a service does not automatically transfer ownership of QueenDigit’s preexisting tools, templates, methods, software, or other background materials.
Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, and other licensed components may remain subject to their respective license terms. If you require an exclusive assignment of rights or source files, request that explicitly before ordering.
11 File Formats, Testing & Customer Approval
Customers should select a compatible embroidery or vector file format and provide accurate machine, hoop, size, fabric, and other production details. Embroidery outcomes can vary by material, stabilizer, thread, machine calibration, and operating conditions.
Please test any embroidery file or vector artwork before mass production, printing, or resale. If you identify a technical issue, contact us so we can review it. We do not promise that a digital preview alone will predict every real-world production result.
12 Website Use & Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful software, scrape restricted information, submit fraudulent orders, or use our services to violate applicable law or another person’s rights. We may restrict access or decline orders where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, and legal compliance.
13 External Websites & Payment Providers
Our website may contain third-party links and use external hosting, communication, and payment services. We do not control third-party websites or their policies. Review the terms and privacy notices of those providers before using them.
14 Service Standards & Disclaimers
We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. Except for express commitments in an applicable written agreement and rights guaranteed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted website availability or that every design will be appropriate for every machine, material, device, or production setup.
Any disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect non-waivable statutory protections.
15 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant agreement was made. Any further limit on liability must be set out in the applicable written order agreement and must comply with applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights or remedies that applicable consumer law protects.
16 Privacy & Confidentiality
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy (update this link if your published page uses a different URL). We use customer submissions to carry out the requested work and associated support. If you need a separate confidentiality agreement, please arrange it with us before submitting sensitive artwork or business information.
17 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our business, services, or legal requirements. The revised version will be displayed on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to an already-accepted order will not be applied retroactively unless agreed or required by law.
18 Applicable Law & Disputes
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly. Any applicable governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions should be specified in your signed project agreement where relevant. Otherwise, rights and remedies are determined under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rules.
